Probably one of the most difficult
things I've had to deal
with over
my years in coaching has been the break up of this
team.
The actions of a few selfish families and one
particular
coach forced the remaining players
and
families to find a home elsewhere.
What is
ironic in this whole situation is the fact that
those who
leave to find the greener grass will only
find that
what they are looking for can't be found
in a
different team.
